Rebuilding the Wishing Tree

We are currently rebuilding and repainting the Wishing Tree so it can carry many more wishes. The new tree will have three trunks and a much larger table, allowing for greater numbers of people. Follow its progress on Facebook.

We are putting together a book of wishes. We have read every single wish and a selection of them have been put in the book.

We now have the first draft and it is fascinating reading. It truly promises to be a comprehensive survey of people's thoughts and hopes. The wishes range from happiness (often hilarious) to extreme sadness, from everyday concerns to bizarre fantasies.

We've balanced the book so it is neither politically correct or offensive, although some entries are controversial. The element of secrecy is being maintained throughout.

We plan to release it as an ebook. It should save many trees!
